James (or Jim) switched classes, from Sean-Nós singing to the pipes (and back again later) and entered our class when we started learning "Jim The Turncoat". How appropriate. With Jim I got acquainted to the THIRD piper who sings and plays the pipes at the same time (the other two are Allan McDonald on the Scottish Smallpipes and David Faulkner on the Border Pipes).

Jim plays a Charles Roberts half set. He has ordered a Charles Roberts compact set as well and that's the set that's depicted later on in the series.
