Note the top left regulator-key: there's no hole underneath the key, but it's used to set a mechanism in motion to lift a key on the BOTTOM SIDE of the regulator.

Gérald brought with him, besides his lovely wife and son, a lot of other instruments (mainly whistles, flutes and bagpipes) that he carried around in this absolutely enormous case.
